Under the Article 8.1.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service,” the Office of the Audiovisual Council is classified as a second-category state body.
According to the Article 28.1 of the same Law, civil service recruitment is carried out through an open competition, which includes a written test and an interview.

The State Examination Center conducts admission tests for administrative civil service positions. Candidates holding a valid certificate confirming they have passed the test may participate in the interview stage during the certificate’s validity period.

Persons with a Doctor of Science degree in the educational requirement (field) intended for holding a civil service position, and persons with at least 10 years of work experience in positions in state bodies (institutions), the list of which is approved by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority when applying for an administrative position in the civil service, they only participate in the interview stage of the competition.

Persons who studied abroad under a state program approved by the relevant executive authority may apply to the state body responsible for the vacant civil service position and submit the required documents.

Information regarding any vacant positions at the Audiovisual Council shall be published on the official websites of both the Council and the State Examination Center.
