The meeting with experts of the Needs Assessment Mission of OSCE ODIHR was held in the NTRC

On 12 August 2015 Chairman of the National Television and Radio Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nushiravan Maharramov held a meeting with Richard Lappin, Senior Election Adviser and Radivoje Grujić, Election Adviser of the Needs Assessment Mission of Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE / ODIHR).

Chairman of the National Television and Radio Council Mr. Nushiravan Maharramov spoke about purposes, duties and functions of the National Television and Radio Council. 

During the meeting problems of political election advertising on TV and radio were discussed. As well Chairman of the National Television and Radio Council Nushiravan Maharramov responded to visitor's questions.
