The Council adopted the decision to allocate financial aid in amount of 150000 AZN to "Region TV" LLC.

On December 4, 2014 National Television and Radio Council held its meeting.

At the meeting allocation of financial means aiming to support producing of national films and series according to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 4 April 2013 was discussed. Aiming to support producing of national films and series National Television and Radio Council adopted the decision to allocate financial aid in amount of 150000 AZN to "Region TV" LLC.

Also at the meeting the application of "Dunya Independent Television Company" for obtaining of license for satellite broadcasting was considered. According to the Decision of the Council "Dunya Independent Television Company" was granted license for satellite broadcasting.
