Regular meeting of the National Television and Radio Council was held on November 4, 2013.

At the meeting the applications of "Baku & Boston TV Communications" LLC, "SKY MAX" LLC and "Azad Azerbaijan Independent Television and Radio Company" for prolongation of the term of current cable network broadcasting licenses as well as application of "CTV" LLC for prolongation of the term of current regional (Lankaran city) television broadcasting license were considered. 

National Television and Radio Council adopted decision term of licenses for cable network broadcasting of "Baku & Boston TV Communications" LLC, "SKY MAX" LLC, "Azad Azerbaijan Independent Television and Radio Company" and term  of license for regional (Lankaran city) television broadcasting of "CTV" LLC have been prolonged for 6 more years.
