On the occasion of the 149th anniversary of the National Press, flowers were laid at the graves of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the founder of Azerbaijani Press, Hasan bey Zardabi

On the occasion of the 149^th anniversary of the National Press and 22 July - National Press Day, representatives of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Media Development Agency and Press Council of Azerbaijan have today visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and lay wreaths and flowers at his grave.

They also paid tribute and laid flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Khanum Aliyeva.

Following this, wreaths and flowers were laid at the grave of the founder of the Azerbaijani National Press, publisher, and editor of the "Akinchi" newspaper Hasan bey Zardabi, to honor the memory of this outstanding thinker.
