Department of Finances and Supply

Main functions of the Department are as follows:

  • Organizing financial management, accounting, and reporting in accordance with legislation;
  • Preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring proper use of funds;
  • Managing payroll, allowances, and other HR-related financial matters;
  • Overseeing banking, treasury operations, and audit documentation;
  • Managing assets, inventories, procurement of equipment, and office infrastructure;
  • Providing financial and technical support for meetings, conferences, and events;
  • Handling appeals and information requests, ensuring confidentiality of official data;
  • Participating in strategic planning and proposing improvements to financial and procurement processes;
  • Maintaining documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance with internal and external regulations;
  • Preparing reports and analytical materials, and contributing to strategic planning and legislative initiatives.
