FAZIL NOVRUZOV

Born in 1975 in Baku.

From 1992 to 1997, studied Arabic language and philology at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University.

In 1997-1998, worked in various positions in a number of companies in the United Arab Emirates, and then in Azerbaijan (1998-2011).

Since 2011, has been employed in the civil service and worked as an advisor on international relations and later as a leading advisor at the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan (then the National Television and Radio Council).

In 2019-2020, worked as an advisor to the Chairman of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In September 2020, appointed as the Head of the Office of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Senior civil service advisor.

Speaks English, Russian and Arabic.

Married and has 3 children.
