The 9th Annual Meeting of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) member states BRAF was held in Bucharest, Romania.

The Chairman of National Television and Radio Council Nushiravan Maharramov and senior advisor of Legal and International relations Department of the Council Fazil Novruzov participated in the 9^th Annual Meeting of BRAF which was held in Bucharest, Romania on October 3-5, 2018.

At the Meeting the presentations and speeches of representatives on recent developments of audiovisual sector in their countries and on the main theme of the meeting "Monitoring of audiovizual media content via internet in digital age" were heard and live discussions on this topic were held. 

Also, BSEC project "Golden Fleece" (creating of common information space, such as TV channel of BRAF countries) was discussed at the Meeting.
